This template is designed to help you keep track of everything you own at home from kitchen gear and clothing to tools and electronics. It’s useful for:
- Staying organized
- Planning future purchases
- Managing stock levels (what you need, what you already have)
- Preparing for moves, insurance, or decluttering
I've included as many categories as possible to give you a solid starting point without overwhelming you with things you'd need to delete. You’ll find just two example entries in the database to show how it works.
📋 Tip for getting started
Use the table view to easily fill in your inventory. It’s the most practical layout for adding multiple items quickly.
👉 Note: It might take some time to fill the inventory at the begining if you have a lot of stuffs. Feel free to add your own items, categories, or custom tags to make it fully personal and useful for your life.
Also here are some indications for the priority propertie
- Urgent need: Missing or running out with high need now
- Forthcoming need: Will be needed soon; keep an eye on it.
- Low stock: You’re don’t have enough but you don’t feel a strong need for it yet.
- Want to replace: The item still works but you'd prefer to upgrade or get a new one.
- Caprice / Whim: Optional or non-essential, something you’re thinking about but don’t really need.
- Luxury want / Non-essential: Aspirational or “nice to have,” not urgent or necessary.
- No real needs: You don’t actually need this item; low importance.
- Stock reached: You already own enough of this item; nothing to do.
